Each skein is 20gr of 100% merino wool, for a total of 100gr in 5 different colors.

The colors in this mini skein set are:

Orange: this peach orange pigment is made using as a dye a finely powdered earth rich in iron and manganese, sourced in Italy.
Yellow: this lemon yellow is made using finely powdered earth rich in limonite, a yellow iron ore.
Red: this shy red color is made using a finely powdered reddish-brown mineral rock rich in Hematite.
Beige: this light golden beige color is made using as a dye a finely powdered earth rich in brownish-yellow clay, sourced nearby Siena, Italy.
Pink: This amarena pink yarn is dyed using pure copper oxide, giving the yarn a natural pink-ish colour.

Our 100% natural dyeing process compacts and tights the wool fibre, which then blooms once it has been worked with the needles or hook, resulting in an extremely soft and warm finish. The colors are extremely color fast, even is a little excess pigment comes off during knitting/crocheting.
