The Directions
Start with ch 15.
Row 1: SC into the second chain from the hook and in each sts till the end.
Wrap the work around the elastic tie and join, without twisting, to the first st with a sl st.
Like that, you will crochet a donut-shaped tube with the elastic tie enclosed inside.
Round 2-80: Ch 1, work 14 hdc in a spiral around the elastic tie without joining
Depending on the size of your elastic tie, you may want to add a few more rows, this will create fabric raffles all around your elastic, making it extra rich!
Fasten off and sew the two end with an invisible mattress stitch.
